My set up
ACT 2600 w\6puck unsprung disk
Fidanza fw 15,000 miles
shep stage 2 trans prob around 10k miles
shimmed pivot ball 1 big washer and a small 1( brought my shift fork back to normal)
revised ACT TOB
removed funny revior thing before the slave cylinder with a straight peice of break line
Advance auto slave cylinder replaced yesterday,
Advance auto clutch master replaced a month or so ago
Alright this all started with the typical clutch dragging issue. I got rid of the street disk because i couldnt get a high shift out of the street disk. Plus i didnt want my clutch to drag. I had a nice firm pedal but it was a bi*** shifting.
This week i pulled out the disk threw a new 6 puck unsprung in and shimmed the pivot ball. Everything is good in the terms of not having a dragging clutch. The adjustment rod is set perfect under the dash i got it to the point where it just barely keeps the clutch fork from locking and i can still push it by hand.
I bled the system with a line running from the slave into a tube of fluid so i can see all the air coming out. I still cant get a good throw from my clutch pedal. I can drive it but it makes the trans realy notchy and i have to pump it a few times. I cant find a leak anywhere at all.
Any ideas i wanna fix this before the shootout.
