I have a 95 GS-T and was in an accident a few months ago ( posted something about it then.) I haven't had the car looked at by a shop, but I'm assuming it's pretty much totalled. I was hit by a jeep (my fault
) and it crunched in the front part of the car near the passanger headlight. The radiator and intercooler are toast, and the front frame is bent pretty badly, angling down like a "v" towards the ground. Because it's bent like this, it's probably totalled, right? And even if it's not, I probably don't have the mass amount of money it would cost to fix it.
All the major parts are fine though. The engine still works, and would start for a few seconds before stalling due to a busted intercooler. Transmission etc, all fine. If I do get rid of it, what's my best bet for making some money off of it? I dont' have the personal skill to strip the car of all it's parts, but may be able to get a friend to help me. If anyone has any suggestions on what I should do with the car, please let me know.
I also have it sitting in a lot where I pay 25 dollars a month for parking, and would like to get it towed to my parents house which is about 50 minutes away. I don't know anyone personally that can tow it, and was wondering how much I could expext to have to pay to get a company to tow it.
Sorry for all the questions, i'm such a noob.
I'll try to post pictures of it tomorrow.
