So i'm leaving for basic in two and a half weeks which will take 2 months. Then, afterwards, i'll be going to A school for 2 and a half months.

My question is, being my car is on e85, and has other fluids obviously, is there any steps that I need to do to the car?

Should I drain out my e85, my oil and coolent? Anything to block off or unplug?

Thanks for you help! :thumb:

If your leaving i would drain the fuel and dispose of it, i store my cars and leave everything else in, fluids that is depends on how long i let them sit.

Leave it with me,I'll take care of it for you!! LOL

If you can leave it is someone's care, somewhat, put stabilizer in the fuel, and have them start it every week, let it get to operating temp, etc.

If not, drain the tank, run it til it stalls, put it inside under a car cover,up on jack stands so the tires don't get flat spots, and go do what you have to do,and be safe out there.
