Well, at times when I'm on the highway going about 60-80MPH, usually around 70MPH on
4th gear my car tends to like nudge forward for like 3 seconds. It happens at time, but at other times it rides fine.

AS well, if I leave the car on at my house running it'll make this weird noise, morel ike it's going to die and turn off.

Anyone know?

it like buldges forward, like goes forward then pulls back and then pulls forward again

And for the noise, it's just idle, liek today I was taking some peices off from the trunk and you hear the exhaust getting quieter to a point where it just gets loud again

Yeah we would need more info on the nudge and what he said what is happening with your rpms

When your car is just sitting there idling at home you could have a vacum leak you don't know about. You should use some soapy water and spray it on conection points and see if it bubbles. if you have a really good ear you might be able to hear a hissing sound as well. If it is a vacum leak your rpm's will not stay at the same place they will move around a bit just idling ( like 500 to 800 then down to 600) etc. If they do that then that is the most likely cause bro.

If the engine is doing this under higher loads (acceleration in higher gears) then it could be misfire. You may want to start by just putting in a fresh set of properly gapped spark plugs.

Don't check for vacuum leaks by spraying soapy water when engine is idling. Your engine will be under vacuum and it will get sucked in. There are other ways to do it. I am being called away right now but if you do a search there are simple ways to check for vacuum leaks.

Good luck.

Hm, I ust noticed today while I was getting some drive through food when I let the clutch go and push the gas lightly, a more of my..exhaust rattling, or something rattling.

I do know this, I need to change me lower left control arm.

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter? Restricted fuel flow may be causing your engine to run lean under load thus causing your ECU to pull timing. This could cause the surging feeling.

Also check the plugs like I previously suggested. Not only might they be worn causing misfire but examining the tips may provide information on the operating conditions inside the cylinder (running lean, etc.).

Alright, I think you guys are right.
Actually I dont think, it's a high possibility you are. Hah, since im not good at many car stuff.

Anyways, today while in 3rd gear at like 5500RPM's, so like 70MPH, the RPM's went high and low very fast, at the same time the car nudged forward.
