So the ac pulley doesnt line up with the crankshaft pulley. why?

I feel as if this is an extremely stupid question, with a very simple answer. :aha: But my shop seems stumped too.

The cars in the shop right now cause my tob went out so i cant get any at this time, but its off by at least a centimeter and keeps throwing the belt.
