A/C question

Sorry if this is a repeat thread but I can't really find the answers to some questions..... I recently cut the a/c belt and was wondering if turning the a/c on in order to activate the a/c fan was bad? Is there anything else like a fuse or something I should remove or is it safe to just hit the a/c button whenever I want the second fan to come on?? I also plan on removing the rest of the a/c stuff when I get the time, so is there something I should avoid removing so that the fan will still work?

Remove the fuse in the bay for ac its labled.

perfectly safe. before i actually removed the entire system all i did was cut the belt and removed the connector on the compressor itself.

you can pretty much remove anything that isnt related to the fan itself
