A/C Compressor Question

Does anyone have a 2g 97-99 a/c compressor under warranty at Autozone? Lol trying to get a new one cause my clutch keeps making weird noise while engaging.

Also does anyone know if the Galants or any other mitsus have the same AC compressor?

Mitsu vehicles that used the same A/C Compressor:
D32/33 (All 2G turbo DSMs)
D38/39 (All Spyder DSMs)
E56 (93-98 Galants w/4G64)

Not so 95-96 is one and 97-99 is another. While they both bolt up. The low side line has to match. I went through this when I broke my 96 line thought I could just swap in a line off my 97 ended up swapping the compressor as well.

+1 on the year difference! 95-96 lines will not work on a 97-99 at all!

OK, so the 93-98 Galant compressor will work on my 97 Gst?

You'ed have to look at the lines coming of the compressor. If they match yours then yes.

The part numbers in ASA are the same, I can't vouch for the rest.
