A/C question

I don't know the first thing about A/C, i've searched and slowly became more informed but i have a question that i can't seem to find the answer to. My 1991 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD came equipped with A/C. When I bought it I was told all I need is a new condensor. I have the compressor and all the lines...im just missing the fan. I know i'll need a longer belt to reach the compressor (right now its just bolted on, no belt) My question is: is that all I need? will I need to recharge it? any electical?

It will need to be pumped down and recharged with refrigerant and lubricant. And yes, there's wiring.
