My a/c hasn't been cold it's cool but doesn't ever get cold, I drive 15 min to work and doesn't seem to actually get cold until the end of that drive if I'm lucky. I refilled the coolan. Only used half of it, wen tot the red on the gauge. What should I do next to find the problem?

Thanks,

I forgot about this tread....
Just FYI back in the day the normal Mitsu failures I seen for electrical failures in order;
A/C compressor clutch field coils
Compressor rotation sensor (non turbo)
thermo fin sensor in evaporator core

I wanna say excellent job wrencher,its now 2020 your information is still invaluable
I wanted to say and give a warning out ! To the DIY who are recharging or just adding refrigerant to there AC system with a can of refrigerant with a gauge on it be very careful those gauges are not very accurate ,I have a 99 gst spyder 2.0l turbo on my car the compressor is located rite underneath the low-side access port ,where you would be adding refrigerant , which is way down in there to begin with.On top of my compressors there is an OVER PRESSURE BLOW OFF VALVE and when it goes off Believe You Me it is a Geyser just like Old Faithful ,it happened to me using one of those cans with the gauge on it ..and It Was Still in the Green!..I use manifold with guages now! FYI
