A/C fuse keeps on breaking...HOT! Need help

A couple of weeks ago, my A/C stopped working. All of a sudden it stop blowing cold air, only hot air. Then maybe 15 minutes later it started working again (strange). It was working for a week, and now it's only blowing hot air again. This morning I checked the A/C fuse, and it was broken. I got a replacement fuse, but that blew-out immediately. What's causing my A/C fuse to keep on blowing-out? I check the A/C relay and that's not the problem.

Try checking the connection on the compressor. The compressor has an electric clutch mechanism for a pulley. Theres a wire that plugs in right there next to the pulley on the compressor. If the belt has been rubbing on it at all that could happen. Also check behind the dash. Make sure that you or someone else hasn't tried to tap the A/C switch for power for something, that kind of thing. Good luck!
