Love the wheels, great choice. Build is looking great!

I can't wait to see pics of those wheels mounted on the car. I'm literally on the verge of ordering them. Just want to see how they look on a DSM first.

Google images doesn't really show any dsm's with them. Project is coming along great so far!

Keep up the great work man! As always if you need help Holla!

Thanks little ninga. I know you and you dad a phone call away . Time has been limited with the divorce and such. Ive gota get this talon striped the rest of the way down so as to free up my drive way. Clean up her crap that she left in the basement so I can move the parts down thier . Im getting tyred of hopping over parts in the garage just to work on a car!

Well if its the weld on part that u are talking about then either a parts car or dealer item but im not sure if the still availble t tho.Are cars are getting older and parts are being more disscontinued when it come to body stuff.

I have a lot of parts for this build but lack of time. Today was a slow day work lucky for me i had some parts stashed in my truck for such a event. i ended up getting the bushing out of a control arm and a rear knuckle. I ended up using a press to push out the inner sleeve and then a air hammer with a staight edge to pop out the outer sleeve. Im using the prothane kit part number 13-301 its a complete rear setup minus the sway bars. I then fired up a portable sandblaster and let the rust fly. I still have 1 knuckle,2 rear brake backing plates,2 gas tank straps, gas tank shield, rear suspension crossmember, and 9 more control arms to do yet. The front lca s and knuckels are new. Then they can be painted and one step closer to being put on the car.

These are the lower rear arms that goto the sway bar end links. Before and almost done picks. I completely welded them up and boxed the backs < it made them stronger and made it easier to push the sleaves out and put new ones in so bonus.

Stronger lighter and tubular. They are cheap upgrade. The 2g arms are multiple stamped pieces that are welded together. Like the picture of the lower arm and they are not fully welded.

oh my god!!! very nice build!!:thumb:

Thanks.

This weekend I get the joy of tearing into another motor. I didn't find out till after it was mostly together but forgot to check crank end play. To me its a little out thier so I'm not risking it. So up for engine build number 2 . So this weekend I will be tearing into the motor that came outa the awd 95 talon. Suposedly it has a fresh bottom end with a 6 bolt bottom and a 7 bolt head.

The rusty old talon parts car just keeps on giving. I tore into the engine of the talon and found a 6 bolt swap with a 7 bolt head. After taking off the head i found that it had 2g pistons. This swap had a 7 bolt oil pump conversion . Found some valves that were not seating but no worries I am not using this head. last pick getting things cleaned up.
