98 eclipse gst harness ecu questions

I have a 97 gst automatic and a 98 gst spyder 5 speed. The spyder had been swapped by previous owner to 4g64 motor. The auto trans in my 97 is bad. If I want to put the good turbo motor in the 98 with the good 5 spd trans would my harness and ecu from the turbo car (automatic) fit and run the 5 spd?
