97NA Loosing coolant and bubbling between block and Exaust Manafolds

I just purchased a 97 Eclipse RS for my financee. Well two day after purchase i get a check engine light. I soon notice temp is way up there. I stop will up with water because it bone dry. Have to drive home (20 min) and bone dry again. I can see water bubbling between the block the the Exhaust Manifolds (i saw coolant bubbling when there was coolant still in the car). Went to auto zone and the code was some kind of leak (believe exaust) and he said most like a pvc or something and i meantioned the bubbling and he say it might be leak/blown EM gasket. What do yall think

order some header that comes with a gasket hope it helps
