97 gsx hesitating

Ok, so my gsx is all stock except intake, exhaust , 1g bov and bcs restrictor is removed. I noticed about a month ago it was hesitating once in a while. Gradually it has gotten worse.I replaced fuel filter which gave me some power back when its not hesitating, but when it decides to hesitate my babyisn't going anywhere. The turbo seems to spool up nice and quick, just have a small boost leak at tb, but rpms are raising slowly and you can definetly feel the hesitation. I dont want something to go wrong from running lean because im broke as a joke. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

What kind of hesitation is it? Under boost? Before boost? Before a certain RPM?

First you should fix the leak at the TB for sure. When mine did this the actual MAF was bricked and I picked up a junkyard special for cheap, problem went away easy.

It doesnt seem to be tied to boost at all. It can happen when Im under boost or not, but ill do another BLT. No i have not checked fuel pressure, i guess I will look into that as well when I have time. It doesnt seem to matter what rpm im at. Recently I was having a horribly low idle, sometimes stalling out in neutral. I cleaned TB and now my idle stays 900-1200 for most part but sometimes when its all warmed up it idles from 1500 up to 1800.

When mine was bogging real bad, I replaced Fuel Filter and re-did the TB shaft seals and it made a world of difference. CR 3930 is the seal number for all TBs... for 91+ you'll need two, or you can use an appropriate sized o-ring for the shaft.
