Well it basically came up out of no where. Started my car one day and it was idling really bad. It would only run for a min tops and if I hit the gas more than Id say 10% throttle it would cut out. Just lightly pressing the throttle would rev it up to about 2K but it wouldnt hold there. This didnt last long to the point where it just cranks but wont fire. I started searching on here. Thinking maybe CAS, coils ect. Replaced plugs and wires so far since they were due anyway. Bought a used coil pack, but Id thought Id test mine out, and the plugs are firing. Im almost postive the injectors are working as well, I can smell gas and the plugs get fouled. Ive had to pull them twice and clean them off. Right now Im stumped. Im ready to set it on fire. I just wrote a check for 2600 for a rebuilt trans a week before these. Please help me out, thanks

Swapped out another MAF and no change. I want to check the coolant temp sensor. I looked it up in my haynes manual and to test it the car needs to be running. How can I check to see if its bad or not? It still dumping fuel into the cylinders.

Also, I checked the readings on the MAF connector. The specs for terminal 3 are between 4.8-5.2v. I was getting 4.3v. T4 checked out right under 12v and so did T5 at a little over 1.xxx ohm.

i had the same problem like a month ago, i couldn't get it to start, it cranked and cranked but no start, i changed my coil, temp sensor, and was about to change my ecu too, but i took it to Midas and left it in there garage for like two days and they couldn't figure it out either, and one morning i get a call from them and they said that it started by its self, it was warm in there garage, i live in minnesota, it was really cold here, still is..so yours could be the same too..but once it started it was ok, but it still had cold hard start, so i changed my Crank Angle position sensor/Cam Angle position sensor off of my 98 with a 91 6 bolt swap, im talkin about the CAS thats mounted on the top left side of the valve cover and after i changed it, its running like a champ, i had bad gas milage and that was gone too.thought it was a boost leak, but it wasn't it, it was the CAS! i would definetly check that out..what motor do you have in your car?

+1 on the CAS. I would get that changed out and report back. You have changed everything else out but this part.

could be either the ECU or Ignition Control Module! check those out too if ya haven't yet! it might be your connections, could have connected something wrong when you replaced your ignition coil, its always good to go over things when your at a ease mind...check it again till you get it..its all up to you get your baby runnnig..i didn't leave mine alone till i got it running..
