'97 Eclipse GST clutch issues

So here's my second major issue with my car (the first being the overheating issue that is hopefully going to be resolved within the next couple of weeks). I've had the clutch go out on me before as in stuck to the ground and would push back up. I knew that was the master cylinder so I replaced that now the same thing is happening. When I leave the car in any gear (usually 5th) for longer than 15-20 minutes (talking highway here) then the clutch loses pressure and I have to pump it to get it to come back. Any ideas?

When you replaced the clutch master cylinder, did you bleed your clutch system? Also, have you checked the clutch system for leaks? Have you replaced the clutch itself recently? Could also be your slave cylinder.

Bleed bleed bleed bleed bleed and then bleed some more and then when you think you are done, bleed again I had the exact same issue after replacing my clutch, it came down to bleeding like crazy

It shouldn't be THAT hard to bleed the clutch unless you are using the pump pump pump and then bleed method which actually brings more air into the system. Anytime you replace a master cylinder, it is a good idea to replace the slave as well. Find the slave on the front of the transmission and pull back the rubber boot and see if it is leaking any fluid internally. If it is, replace and bleed. If not, fill the system with fluid, open the bleeder and have someone slowly push the pedal to the floor and close the bleeder once fluid stops flowing. Repeat until the pedal is back to normal.
