96 hatch problems

My hatch has problems that I can't seem to figure it out. Extreme power loss, turbo glowed red in minutes, 5 mpg, have to give it gas while the clutch is down or it will stall, hard time starting. It's a 96 hatch with a b18 bored to a b20 low compression turbocharged. Was running great and one day it started to get a little warm then it lost all its power. Pulled in a gas station to fill it and left was on a hill and if I didn't give it gas it would cut off on me. After getting a trailer it wouldn't go pass 20 mph. And getting it on the trailer and off I had to basically push it. New map sensor Dizzy Fuel filter

Runs rich, when I slam the gas down black smoke would come out. Excess fuel amounts.
Bad fuel injectors
Massive boost leak??

Kind of the wrong forum. Not sure how Hondas get tuned once turbocharged but posting a log would be a start. Boost leak test would also be a good start however if the turbo glowed red, it's probably toast.

i have a trolling suspicion.... but if not.. take the motor out and take it apart. If thats beyond your ability, scrap it.
