So, i decided to change my gear oil like i always do, i drained it put the plug back in. Started putting in 75-90 mobil 1 full synthetic oil.

Everything was going to plan like usual, then as i put 4 1/4 (eyeballing the 1/4)
I noticed a huge puddle under my car, i figured it was just from me filling the tranny to the top and it coming out of the top fill bolt, well i didnt think much of it.

Well now, i have a huge problem, my tranny is leaking from SOMEWHERE.
I checked the hose that fits onto the tranny, it was off( have no idea how.. ). So i put it back on then i checked the bolts everythings fine.

It just keeps leaking.. and im not sure why iv never had this problem before and i change my gear oil pretty often. Any ideas would be very helpful.
Thanks

P.S. i know my throw out bearing is going out (dunno if that helps or not)
Plan of changing that (oem) and installing a clutch/flywheel (act 2100 or 2600)

####! excuse my french but i took it to the shop, found out it was the main seal from my block to the tranmission.

Need a new clutch..
So here's the damage.
-New clutch
-New TOB (oem)
-New clutch fork
-New pivot ball
-New TOB clip
--------------------

Anyone know a cheaper place to get act 2100 6 puck clutch than 328$ off of machv.

Their taking off my transmission, installing all of the above, fixing my little oil leak at the oil return, replacing my valve cover gasket, and putting on a new alternator belt for
450$ Does that sound pretty good? (even though I'm spending 500$ on new parts, might as well buy everything that could go wrong all at one shot instead of lots of other bills.)

GRRR... :(

+2 above
Or you could have a problem like I did with one of my trannys I went through. Found out there was a hole through the bell housing into the differential casing. To this day I still wonder how the hell that one happened...

Same here. My spider gear came apart and punched hole in bell housing.
