96 Galant + 4g63?

i have access to a 4g63 and cheap and my moms 96 galant is about to blow... whats the odds of putting a turbo 4g63 in here galant and making it work? I'm thinking its similar to putting one in a 2nd gen eclipse but i may be wrong fill me in and let me know if its been done and worked or been tried and failed or w/e i think it would be fun to do and would be one helluva sleeper thanks
