96 eclipse rs

I just got my hands on a 96 eclipse rs whats the best way to get the most horsepower
out of it without adding a turbo system

You can do the normal bolt-on like I/H/E. Or you could always add a 50 or 75 shot of nitrous. Maybe get some head work done. Other than that I am not too sure on how to get a lot of more power out of a 420a.

Turboed between 4 and 9 pds boost...Start off with the basics and work your way up.
