420A 96 420a ECU Pinout and 12pin one pinout

I bought a tuner program and handheld for my car n it’s saying I gotta move a wire. The problem is it’s a dirt track car and the wires have been removed. I still have the obd2 connector but not the 12 pin one. I’m looking to see if anyone know what wire it is on the ecu and what color it is. Thanks.

pin 25 (blue/black) goes to pin 75 on the lower ECU plug
