Well I left off my blog a few months back on here but I'm bored so I'll continue it in short of the things I've done over the past few months.

I got the bay painted with a hood mod, still need to get hydraulic struts:

I finally got the car off the ground after it had fallen off the jackstands. 6 months later and it is finally back on all 4 flat tires LOL. Should be taking it out to my friends garage to store this week where I'll continue to do the rest of the work in a heated garage :)

That's about it for now, I'll try to keep it updated a little more often. I appreciate any feedback. :hellyeah:

Very clean! Was all the painting of the engine bay and undercoat on the fender wells done by you?

I like that tranny clean up. Any prep work before paint?
Did you just wire wheel it and throw paint on it?

Looking clean! looks like you put alot of time into it. Definitely keep us updated, looking forward to seeing it when its done.

Yes I painted the bay and did the fender wells, took a lot of work but it was worth it. I ended up using spray paint because I don't have an air compressor but it may get repainted with good paint in a few months. The fender wells is just some 3M undercoating, the biggest problem was removing all the tar/grease/grime in the wells before painting.

I just used a wire wheel, brash brushes and simple green for the transmission. It cleaned up pretty good. It's just 2 coat primer, 3 coat paint, 2 coat clear.
