So I just bought a end clutch repair kit but Idk if thats all I need I just test drove my 95 GSX auto :/ and try to put the pedal down to the floor and it slips like itz in nuetral o/d slips also but drived fine with over drive off goes about 50 with 3000-3500 rpms. So i try not to take it any higher anyways anyone know if I need a new torque coverter or valve body needs new springs or what? any info is appreciated thanks

Yes definetly end clutch, have done two before. Its just as you described it feels like its shifted into neutral when there real bad. Its not hard to do I think including removal the first time I did it took about two hours. Just follow the VFAQ step by step its real easy. The other thing need do is not let it go too long and when done make sure change trans fluid and filter. What you have to remember is all that clutch material thats worn off end clutch plates is now in the fluid and can be hard on rest of trans. Thats probably the one thing most people forget to do is changing fluid and filter. Here is link if need it : End Clutch Install

Check to see if there are any filings when you pull the pan. The end clutch kit isn't always the silver bullet. There is a lot more that can be worn out.

unfortunatly there was filings very small metal pieces on the three magnets thats whats scaring me im hoping its just the end clutches just found out the person i got it from that he never changed the tranny fluid since his rebuild a yr ago n three months ago. im praying the end clutches take care of this i cant afford a new tranny

When I replaced the end clutches on mine, I had some metal filings and small thin pieces of metal. My tranny seemed to work fine for about 1000km, then it started slipping again. I figured my pump was gone, not enough pressure on the bands holding the clutches...

So what did you do u replced the pump and it took care of it?

btw This dude told me that this car needs a lock up cylanoid i have no idea what that is or where itz located?

I assume your talking about a solenoid. Here is a link to a overhaul pdf that shows the componets on the trans. Other thing could do is look for transdude id on here and send him PM. He is owner I think of IPT trans and they know everything about these trans and are very helpfull. http://atdsm.com/pdf/atoh3.pdf. Here is link to IPT : IPT Performance Transmissions | Performance Parts | Torque Converters I'm sure they will be able answer all your questions. Good luck hope it works out for you.
