95 gsx auto to manual swap?

hey, well ive bene looking for an awd for a while, and i ran across one on sunday a tsi 92 but it needs a whole new enginer so i just found a 95 gsx auto for almost the same price, im gonna go check it out, but what is the cost for swapping to manual, i know thres a lot of small parts, but also this is an awd one too
