'95 gst lights...? BIG PROBLEM

ok so i am completely clueless when it comes to the electrical part of my car i guess when i bought my car a few months ago the guy didnt inform me of all the problems. after fixing most of them im still left with my lights. my headlights, brights, turn signals, and break lights work fine. but my standing lights and my interior dash lights do not work at all. before they would fade in and out and now they wont even do that. i know that one of these days im going to get pulled over for not having standing lights so i want to fix it asap. i checked all of the fuses and they seem to be fine. what else could be the problem and how do i fix it and what would i need to fix it. like i said im clueless with the electrical stuff so please please please help me i greatly appreciate it

check relays? Check the wiring loom make sure previous owner did not hack the wiring.

well since i already established that im clueless where would i find the relays and the wires???
