420A 95 Eclipse GS Starting issue?

Okay so basically I’ve been trying to get my car started using the key for a while I just got a new starter and that didn’t help, so I’ve been doing a shit ton of research and some people say it’s the clutch safety switch but I unplugged that still didn’t work , all my relays are clicking under the steering wheel and behind the radio, my dash lights come on but get a little dimmer when I turn the key , the guy before me put in a new security system so I’m wonder if he f***ed it up some how I really just wanna start my car without a screwdriver so if anyone has some Input and could help me with this I’d be very happy thanks

How do you start yout car with screwdriver?

This is a no crank issue right? Turn the key and the engine won't turn over?

To start it are you jumping power across the solenoid on the starter to get it to crank?

Yea I’ve been doing the old screw driver trick on the starter and I unplugged my clutch safety switch
