found a 86mm 96+ head gaskit I wana use. Also does it matter my block is board 20 over??? heres the part number
Summit Racing Part Number CGT-C4156-051

The respective years of the block and head shouldn't matter. What you need to know is whether or not an 86mm head gasket is appropriate for a 0.020" overbore. The answer to that is yes since that ends up being approximately an 85.5mm cylinder bore. It really looks like that was covered in your other thread "http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/stroker-tech/403304-head-gasket-specs.html" by other more knowledgeable members as well.

My question is why are you looking up a head gasket for an EVO? The Summit Racing part number you would want is CGT-C4234-051.

All headgaskets are same for 90-99. I haven't built an engine in years, so I have brain-dumped a lot; however, I believe 85.5 is standard. So the 86mm is probably what you're looking for. Man how I forget being old.

ok I have a multi cometic that was on the car for 100 miles should I replace it ??? Or you would it be safe to use agian???

I asked about the evo because I have a 95 evo block

A bit of research tells me an Evo I-III (that is, up to and including 1995 models) uses the same head gasket as a 4G63 DSM. That means you need the HG I linked to earlier, C4234-051.
