95 awd auto,high idle?

gfs car, when cold it has a hard time shifting into rev, and staying in gear, she has told me she had wot and it wont pick up speed at all, and at stop light she will have to put it back in rev, park a then drive, to go again, not all the time just from time to time, and only when cold, it runs fine when warm,

Idle air control motor is probably bad. I believe its a three wire sensor attached to the TB.

sounds like a the isc, and she does have a ce light for o2

Check the throttle cable tension, both hot and cold, if that's not the issue follow Terry's guide.
