Ive got a bone stock 95 GST and ifits 60 degress plus out and i sit in stop and go traffic the car will gradually creep up to idle at 2000. Anybody heard of this and know what could be causing this?

Is your throttle cable too tight? Make sure there is a bit of slack in it.

If that doesn't work, try unplugging/replacing your ISC on the back underside of the throttle body to see if that is causing your idle problems.
