93 eclipse base model

I Bought back my first eclipse not running the guy said it had no fuel but it does just no spark. I check the plugs and all of the way to the ignition coil and I figured nothing there so I replaced it and still nothing ecu is good and the mpi relay is good what else could it be and how to test it. Also my tach doesn’t work when I crank it but jumps when I first cycle the key

I replaced the whole Distributor re-time the motor had Tach working and had spark for a few cranks then lost it. It kept back firing when I was starting it
