92 tsi awd

i might be getting a 92 talon tsi awd 5spd, it is a 14b dead stock nothing ever done performance wise to the car, it has 147,000kms on it which isnt that bad. my mom says i have take it to mitsubishi to get it checked out to see if it has any problems. and i was just wondering some things about the 92 such as, do all 92's have 6 bolt engines and 4 bolt rear ends plz say yes, and is their any way to find out if it has a LSD. and is their anything i should tell the dealership to look for, or check, or do to the car while its their. any info would be good. oh by the way he wants 6500(canadian) for it is that reasonable if it all checks out.

That sounds way above what it should be unless its a show car with 30,000 miles on it
You can get a nice clean 92 AWD with under 90k for 4000 US.
To answer your question yes that 92 has a 6 bolt but dont know on the rear end but you shouldnt be concered about that right now. What to look for is mainly how well the engine was taken care of. Proper oil changes? Does it have clean oil in it? What does the air filter look like is a good indication of how well its been maintained When was the timing and balance shaft belts replaced last? How does the clutch feel? Does the clutch petal come up all the way? When was the clutch last replaced?
