I was thinking about putting this setup on a 6 bolt gsx and i was wondering what problems, i might run into like with supporting modifications. Thanks for any help here is the setup.

I was going to put a ported 20g turbo with either 650 or 750cc injectors (trying to run around 25 psi what injectors do you think i will need?)

A walbro 255 im thinking high pressure because i want over 20psi or could i get away with just the regular 255 at 25psi on a 20g?
also would i definitely need a fpr? only if i get the high pressure fuel pump right?

i was gunna go with the blow thru maf-t setup and probably a safc also OR what about those maft PRO things that are out? is that used for compensating for bigger injectors or venting bov or what?
and then just basics like intake bov exhaust.

sorry for such a long thread but i was a little confused on how these parts would work together...

If you go with the safc I would go with 650's and I also would stay with the 2g maf, because its much easier to tune than a gm maf. The 2g maf is good for over 400whp so that should be good. If you want 750's and a blow through set up I would think about dsmlink. Its so much easier to tune large injectors and the gm maf with dsmlink.

right, dsmlink if you can.

if not, 660's and and Safc is fine. Make sure you have a logger too so your not blindly tuning. A 190 fp will do for most people, but if your budget will allow, pick up a 255...you'll need a fpr with it too. We all know how we like to go to bigger and better down the road.

A 2g mas will start to become a restriction at 400hp, so it's not needed for you yet.

Okay if i get 680cc precision injectors and a 255 fuel pump on a ported 20g can i run over 20psi? Also i want the maft so i can vent bov and to run blowthrough, but the car already has a vpc on it so i might just use that. Also all the walbro fuel pumps are the same price.....

Yes it sounds good. You would also need AFPR. Just remember the gm maf on a blowthrough does not read intake temps. This confuses the computer at idle, and makes tuning a pain in the ***. My friend has the translator and when the temp. changes he has to retune and the temp. changes everyday here in CO. I would stay with the 2g maf or try to find a evo8 maf or a 3g eclipse maf. A lot of people are going from blow through to a evo or 3g maf, they are almost as good. If not DSMlink is the answer

How much psi can a walbro 255 and some 650cc injectors push? Can you push a 20g to 24-25 psi with this fuel system?
