91 TSi AWD Project DD

Found this for sale and had to snatch it up !~!! 1G TSi AWD .

This thing pulls hard all the way to 8000 rpm but thats as far as i would take it ### it was starting to break up a little.

Mods already on the car are :
Mishimoto Radiator
Turbo Back 2.5 in Exhaust with Unknown Muffler
Port and Polished and Port Matched head and intake manifold
GM MAF and Translator
Big Intercooler and Piping
EVO 16g Turbo w/ Ported O2 Housing and Dump Pipe
Coil Pack Ignition
DSMLink v2
760cc Injectors
Crower 264/272 Cams
Valves and Valve Springs
ACT Xtreme Street Clutch and Short Shifter
Rebuilt Center and Rear Differentials
Eibach Pro Kit Springs..

What it needs...

Shocks and Struts
Axles
Oil Pan Gasket
Extend the Dump Pipe from the O2 housing ### it is cut off short and dumping on the intercooler piping..

got it for $2800.... didnt know what it had till i went to look at it ... needs a few things but definitely a good deal

What turbo is in it? I think that 's the one thing you didn't list. Seems like a decent buy for the price with the mods and engine!

yea but those rims had fresh tires on them ... i got the original but the tires on those are almost gone ....What is a way to post photos other than uploading them through this site? ive been trying to upload the CLEAN engine pics but with no luck....

i have found out a couple of things about this car from people on this site...

First, its not a EVO 16g... its a 14b..found by the serial number on the housing..

second, it doesnt have a dsmlink, it has a chip that i have yet to find info on... any help is appreciated..

looks like i have some work to do on my project DD now.
and i have photobucket now so i can post pics...
