HUGE SUCCESS

I had to do this all by myself because mechanics tend to back out when you pay them up front..
anyways, I personally had a lot of issues with understanding exactly what to do and how to do it, but i took a gamble and its pretty much obvious.
in order for a 91 trans to work within a 90 GSX, All you have to do is replace Shifter and shifter cables from a 91, ANNNNDDDD use you 1990 shifter cable bracket. Thats it!
you don't have to remove the whole dash out to pull out the cables, i removed the left and right walls on my center console to do all of the work and finished it within 1 to 2 hours.
Car is now moving and tomorow i will begin testing if the transfercase broke during the towing accident.

Next thing, adding my AFPR
