91 TB in 90 tsi?

ok my isc is gone and i cant find a used one for a 90 TB so i was wondering if i can switch my tb over to a 91? vac lines the same(i know there not located in the same spot but same order?) and the connectors dont match but is hardwiring possible? and is the physical limits or constrictions? thanks
