What could be my problems with surge idle, it surge idles only when stationary or when not in gear, and does anyone know where I can get oem master cylinder clutch and oem slave cylinder?

What do you know about idle surge so far? That will help give a starting point for explaining.

I know what it is just don't know how to fix it

By eliminating the extra air that's causing the engine to idle higher than the factory limit for when the throttle is closed. You'll note that the ECU won't cut the fuel off (capping the rpm) if it thinks the throttle is open (by disconnecting the IPS).

Since I don't know anything about your car I can't be more specific.

Have you tried JNZ or STM for the master and slave cylinders. They sell OEM parts.
