I got a 91 Galant vr4 completely stock, The problem i'm having is that it is hard to start and when it starts it sound like a subaru, like is missfiring I have changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter, mas,and tried different injectors but nothing, it still does the same thing I have also checked timing marks and they all check out the only thing that i was thinking is maybe it could be the CAS cause if i turn it 180Degrees it still runs the same way so maybe the CAS is Bad... what do you guys think? and the only check engine light i'm getting is 14 which is for the tps but it just got a loose conection which i'm currently holding with a zip tie and the cel goes away...

Are all of the injector plugs in good condition and seated.Make sure there are no broken pins in them. Also check you coil packs.Start the car and pull one plugwire at a time.Make sure the engine idle changes every time you pull one of the plug wires off. Also could be your cdi module. Its what your coil pack plugs into.

Try doing a compression test. I had similar symptoms and it turned out to be a bad exhaust valve.
