91 ealge talon tsi fwd swap 2 97 gst. will mounts match???

gotta 97 gst i picked up n im tryin 2 sink a 6 bolt fwd tsi swap in... ### will i need n ### is the most important that will match perfectly already... wen project is complete i will b posting pics from start 2 finish... need help n info... i am sumwat new 2 the dsm game but i hav been doin a lot of homework on the matter... im will b using sum parts from the gst seein as theyre bigger n way better 4 the 6 bolt.. like intercooler, exhaust mani.. intake mani bend pipe or watever its called.. injectors n fuel rail... n a few other small things... but like i said i am new n am askin for help... cant find answers 4 the main question tho... WILL THE MOUNTS MATCH??? been drivin myself crazy tryin 2 get answers... i do hav a complete 97 gst auto but it is a roller.. n i hav a complete 91 fwd tsi that runs strong... but that 6 bolts definately goin in the sexier body style if ya feel me.. just need 2 kno ### im gonna b gettin myself in2 or if its not really that annoying to do my lil project at hand... any help and or advice would be great... it is appreciated.... thanx dsmtuners

Yes it will match up on the mounts. They have this wonderful thing called a search button.

the talon is a 5 speed btw.. so thsi will b a complete 5 spd swap.. keep that in mind when giving advice pplease and thanx

i work on hondas bro.. real talk.. hondas are much simpler.. these mitshus are beast as hell tho... however i half appreciate the help.. the search on this site isnt exactly the greatest tho either

The search on this site is amazing. And yes it will still mount up perfectly. They are they same 4g63 motors. And hondas yes they are simplier but slower as well. While doing your swap you need to do your routine maintenance. Might as well get that out of the way while the motor is out.

yea i already ordered a 6 puck clutch kit.. n a timing and water pump kit wit all the gaskets.. im in the process of ordering a head gasket n new ball joints n tie rod ends n new brake calipers n rotors.. however im not sure but can i use the same front hub assembly from the tsi for the gst? ### the drivers side need 2 b replaced... not sure if i should use the rad from the gst or the tsi tho...

I'm going to give you a chance to use the search button, as well as work on your proper posting techniques. There's PLENTY of info on here (and the rest of the internet) about 6 bolt swaps.
