Alright guys I've researched this and haven't quite found anyone with a similar problem thats got an answer. My factory tach doesn't work unless you are light throttle around 2100 rpms then it will until you go above or lower than the 2100. The ecu is a 90 I checked the numbers. Also the AFC accurately reads the rpms. I was wondering what you guys thought it could be. Car does run rough on start up but I don't think that it's the CAS because the guy that I bought the car from had a hacked 2g maf on it which I know is a bad thing and I've already ordered a new one which will be here Tuesday.

Also I just got my 20G installed and a decent tune on it, running 20lbs. (Haven't been able to use my datalogger because 2 prongs on the plug are broke but the wide band is steady at 11.5) The problem is that around 5000 Rpms the car starts to like backfire and not pull. It only does it every now and then though. I was thinking that this was caused by the MAF as well, maybe new plugs and wires, but the wires and plugs look new NGK plugs and wires. Any thoughts? Also the car has a supra fuel pump and 660 cc injectors with an afpr as well as stainless steel fuel lines.

Alright thanks for the input I'll check that out. Anyone have any suggestions as far as the car not pulling completely through the rpm range? I am really wanting to get this thing to a dyno for a tune and to the track to see what kind of numbers it throws down. It didn't do it when I had the old turbo which is why I don't understand it. Then again the car was only on 15lbs of boost, compared to 20-25. You think to much boost and the knock sensor's going off? I can't find a cable anywhere to hook into my palm to be able to use my logger.

Thanks

James
