1G 90 Talon AWD, no spark

Been reading the forums for the last month, tried everything in the forums. Bought this car after totaling my 99 GST. Removed the engine and had it built by a local shop. I drove the car to the shop. Installed the rebuilt engine, no spark to the spark plugs. Bought a new coil, transistor and new ECU. Still no spark! I have a new CAS on order. Anybody have this problem or can give me the right direction to go in? This is the 3rd car that I have built.

You do have your MPI fuse plugged in

The new CAS fixed the problem.
