3 inch Buschur catback secured today from a local dsmer outside of Philly area

Buschur 3” cat back installed. Working with someone on building a 3” downpipe next

Custom downpipe completed. Welded up from a coworker’s brother. Used all 304ss bought from Summit. Vbands on all joints joined to the Buschur catback

And finally we have the first fire! The ignition map wasn't super happy on the Haltech but man after two years it sure was surreal to finally hear this thing run again. Have a few things to button up and then it's time for some break in miles
 
How did you plumb the turbo drain? Do you have any pictures of it?
Love me some 1990 DSMs, yours is looking like I need mine to! :thumb:
 


Sorry for the long MIA, after I got the car running I was really just enjoying the time of shaking it down and all the fun things that come with new build. 7/9/23 the car moved under its own power for the first time with all the new stuff. wasn't sure how the southbend was going to grab so had to feel that out

I just checked I never took and pictures of it actually being plumbed. Next time I go over to the car I'll grab some pictures. happy to post links to all the parts i used, all just sourced from Summit Racing. Basically the drain goes out from the turbo to a 90 degree, into another 90 degree, then into a 45, then a couple inches of hose, then a 30 degree i believe into the pan. All 12an
 
Major washing was needed after years of dust. The paint on this has always impressed me for how well it cleans up being over 30 year old Mitsu paint

End of July of 23 made the trip to a local car show to stretch the legs a little bit. On the way out blew some charge piping off, so it was a slow ride home. Thankful for speed density at that moment
