hey guys. i have a 90 cam angle sensor that im goin to put into my 92 6bolt motor. however ive hit a roadblock. what i need to know is that, since the wiring connectors are different on the 90 cas as opposed to the 92, how should i go about wiring up the 90 cas to my engine? should i just splice the wires together? also the wire colors on the cas is different from my 92 cas; on the 90 cas: 1 white, 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 black. on the 92 cas: 2 black, 1 white, and 1 red so i need to know which wires do what

Thanks,
Josh

i would like an answer to this question also --

ive got three 90 cas'S here and ive been wanting too use one of em in my 4g63 colt swap

I did something similar with mine.

I wired up a 91- cas to work on my 90. What I did was go to the junkyard and cut off a 91- plug and a 90 plug. I spliced the wires together and made a harness so that its just a plug and play setup just in case I ever want to swap back...and because I didnt feel like cutting the plug off my car.

I cant tell you what each individual wire does but I can tell you what wires to connect to each other. Picture the colors on the left as the plug that goes on the 91- cas. They should be in this order.

White - White
Black - Yellow
Red - Red
Black - Black
