89 and 91 Part match listing

Hey everyone. I have a 1991 Plymouth Laser RS FWD NT 2.0 DOHC. I just went thru a trans and clutch so i need 2 replace. I just found a 1989 Laser (even the same color as mine), for sale. Will this cars parts (mechanical/body) work with my ride? Thanx all, you guys rock and are always really helpful. Keep it real. Thanks for the help.

Yes. They are the same. Even tho the car was built in 89, it's still titled as a 1990 model. So, to answer your question, they are the same car. However, there are a few things you need to change in order to put a 90 tranny in a 91 car. I'll let you search on here to find those things.
