7bolt crank

I have a stock block 7bolt with 180K+ miles on it the motor still runs great and has good compression, I would like to run close to 400 whp but want to change as little as possible as far as engine internals go. Would I beable to make that kind of power reliably with the stock pistons and rods having that many miles on them.

Also it is my understanding that just because I haven't had crank walk by 180k miles doesn't mean that it can't still happen, and that it usually starts when you upgrade more and more.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

With that many miles, I reccomend a rebuild, so your engine can hold the extra power and take the beating...

I say drive it til it dies, but save up for the rebuild or buy a spare 6 bolt to start building.
