A friend of mine goes to a technical college and they were getting rid of old stuff they had laying around, one of the things happened to be a 4g63 that had been assembled and then displayed but it dont think it was ran even once It still had assembly lube in oil ports on the crankshaft. I did not actually see the engine but I ended up with the crankshaft because my friend got it for me before it was sent to scrap. Now I have a 7-bolt crank thats brand new and i dont really have any use for it but I need a 6-bolt crank, so im gonna sell it. the problem is even though its brand new, Im not sure on the brand so I know what to sell it for. I dont know if the assembly was oem or aftermarket. Does anyone know how to tell if its an oem 7bolt crank? I only see two things cast into it on the flywheel side, an A after the the last rod bearing, and a 2 after the third rod bearing.
