#74 bulb socket

Does anyone know the part number or something similar for a #74 light bulb socket for HVAC panel.

I'm restoring my car and the previous owner chopped the socket off and ghetto wired in a LED. Now its just bouncing around in HVAC area.

We get some of our electrical parts from this source. They list a #74 bulb socket and the picture looks correct, but you will have to see if it is what you are looking for.

Umm yep that link above me looks like the bulb.Same ones that are in a few more buttons actually.So Id grab a few.


If you dont mind not having your hvac for lets say 5-6 days with shipping back and forth..I can re wire and re led the whole hvac..I have white,yellow,red,and blue leds..If thats something you would like to do shoot me a pm.

Looks right, the question is how do I wire that in. It looks like the cluster type where you just twist it in and call it a day.

I took one of the bulbs apart one time,Its a very simple install.take old one out put new ones in,Simple bulb change.Once you get in ther youll figure it out real quick.



Modding the hvac with leds is very simple.You could even do it if i sent you the leds.

Hvac was the easiest custom led job I have done to date.Even did one that had a WB gauge in it.
