HID internmitant bulb flare

to start off i have no idea if this is in the correct forum, but i think i made an educated guess?

It kinda looks like water dripping on a reflective surface inside the headlamp.

in the video i guess it does look like that. in real life it doesn't. it looks like... a flare . like something burned off. those are projectors, and the headlights are water tight.

So the electric ark is jumping around in there? That's odd. I would have sworn there was water dripping inside the housing. So it happens when it's not raining too?

idk tonight was the first time i tried them (HIDs) but before tonight with the standard H1 silver star halogen bulbs i never seen it do that before. i assumed it must have been HID related then.
