7-bolt N/T Block and Head Questions

So I was re-sealing my oil pan the other night and noticed that my block does NOT have oil squirters. Also, the VIN on the engine does not match my chassis's VIN. After finding this fun fact out, I started looking around and saw that the head was very shiny and clean. Too clean for a 13 y/o car with 126k.

What is a safe boost limit on a N/T block?

Is there a difference between the turbo and N/T heads? Is there a way to tell which one it is?

My compression is at 190 across the board, so I believe it has stock N/T pistons in it also...

No difference on the heads. The cam's are very slightly different.

Oil squirter removal is very common as well, you don't need them at all.
