Ok guys i was wondering does the 7 bolt head flow better then the 6 bolt head. And would it be a good idea to put a 7 bolt head on my 6 bolt when i rebuild my motor for turbo.

That's kind of a general question, at certain airflow levels the 2g head will flow better, and at certain levels the 1g head will flow better. Also there is no difference in 1g 6 bolt and 7 bolt heads. The difference is between 1g and 2g heads. For you to run a 2g head in your car you would have to run the 2g intake manifold also. It is really not worth the effort in my opinion.

The difference between the non-turbo and turbo heads are the cams. Do the non-turbo heads have exhaust valves that are capable of the heat of a boosted engine?

All 1G blank heads (no cams) are the same, 6-bolt and 7-bolt, with the exception of two exhaust studs being a bit bigger.

2G heads have smaller intake ports, so you'd need a matching intake manifold.

For a non-turbo, I don't see any benefit of the smaller ports aside from gaining some low-end torque.
