Would be better option than the bulky manual from the Kia 04-06 Sorento. Yes Hyundai/Kia build a RWD manual from the 6G7x in 2WD and 4WD version but its bulky.

Can we swap a 6G72 twin turbo in a mitsubishi eclipse v6 gts 2003?

You can technically do whatever you want with enough money and fabrication skills. However, the 3.0L TT is very similar to the 3.0 in the Eclipse. The heads are different, yours is a 24V SOHC, and the TT is a 24v DOHC.

Realistically, No. The dohc heads don't clear the firewall. It's been done but you have to cut and extend sections of the firewall into the cabin.
